As it is always said education is the key to success. It leaves no doubt to say, any type of education geared towards attaining a certain skill should be taken with a lot of seriousness for one to be awarded a certificate or license after the course which he/she is worth of.

Many problems we experience in many different areas of work are as a result of inadequacy of the education posed by employees (Mayhew, and Simpson, 2002). For instance, in the transport sector the no of accidents we witness are as a result of incompetent and poor education which young growing drivers indulge in. This results to individuals who cannot fully understand and integrate traffic rules properly and as a result of this confusion occurs while the drivers are driving hence causing accident. To climb a tree one starts from the bottom (Vernick, Ogaitis, MacKenzie, Baker, and Gielen, 1999). In solving the problems in the transport sector, the young growing drivers should be made to go through a safe driving education course before being issued with a license for them to be well armed with the required skills and knowledge. With this therefore, I think the best way to reduce the number of traffic accidents is to make the young drivers complete a safe driving education course before being licensed to drive. Below are illustrations which confirms the above statement.

Safe driving education courses are key to producing excellent qualified drivers. These courses equip a young growing drivers with all the basics requirements in driving. They expose one to traffic rules and regulations, the techniques for over taking as well as helps one know how to effectively observe the traffic lights (Young, and Regan, 2008). Once a young growing driver enrolls in this course he comes out a very qualified driver who is ardent and observant while driving. Therefore, making young drivers complete a safe education course on driving before being issued with a driving license reduces the number of traffic accidents.

In conclusion, I think the best way to reduce the number of traffic accidents is to make all the young drivers complete a safe driving education course before being licensed to drive. A young driver who has undergone such a driving education course is usually well equipped and vigilant when it comes to observing all traffic rules and thus reduction of traffic accidents.
